Basic structure of GYFTY fiber optical cable

1. Optical fiber: GYFTY optical cable contains 2-288 core optical fibers, which can meet the application requirements of different specifications and capacities.

2. Sub-cable unit: Each sub-cable unit is composed of twisted optical fiber and adopts loose tube structure to provide good waterproof performance.

3. FRP fiber reinforced core: It is a new type of high-performance engineering composite material prepared by pultrusion after mixing in proportion with resin as the matrix material and glass fiber as the reinforcement material.

4. Fiber core filler: In order to protect the optical fiber, the fiber optic cable is filled with polymer material to prevent any gaps between the optical fibers.

5. Sheath: The outer layer is covered with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to resist scratches, weathering, and UV resistance.
